Mr. Adel Lutfi Badarneh

Mr. Adel Lutfi holds a master's degree in Demographics from the University of Jordan. 

The title of his master's thesis was “Impact of secondary and higher education development upon supply of certain specialization in Jordan 1991-1990” and it was nominated for an award from Hussein Funds for Developmental Studies.

Mr. Adel Lutfi has more than 35 years of experience in the field of labor market analysis, construction and development of human resource development policies, job description and classification, project evaluation, training, development and consultancy. He worked as a coordinator for several international projects at the National Center for Human Resources Development in Jordan. He also worked in several positions at the Jordanian Ministry of Labor, including director of information and studies, and director of planning and international cooperation.

Participated in the membership of technical committees at the level of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the fields of human resources, labor market, population census, technical and vocational education and training (TVET), job description and classification. Participated in dozens of conferences, courses, panel discussions and seminars related to education, training, employment, combating poverty and unemployment, and developing human resources.

Provided numerous training courses in the areas of administration, development, human resource development, job description and classification, and project evaluation. He has also published more than 30 studies and research on issues of human resource development and the labor market, working women and youth, and social indicators such as human resources development, labour market and technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
